By downloading the decor image data, we acknowledge that the image data provided may only be used by us for the purpose permitted under this declaration. Any use other than that in the original version is not permitted without the consent of FUNDERMAX. The image data may only be used in connection with FUNDERMAX or FUNDERMAX products. The corresponding representation must be in the form of text or logo. Passing on both the original image data and any reproductions made therewith or any product created therefrom to third parties - unless expressly permitted in the intended use - is not permitted and requires a separate agreement with FUNDERMAX. If FUNDERMAX mentions the copyright or if it is contained in the file name, this must be stated when the data is used. The use of the downloaded image data is unrestricted in terms of time and space until revoked. However, the granting of the aforementioned exploitation rights may be revoked by FUNDERMAX at any time. Liability: We shall compensate FUNDERMAX for all losses, direct and indirect damages, and all other disadvantages incurred by FUNDERMAX as a result of our breach of this declaration. In particular, we undertake to indemnify and hold FUNDERMAX harmless against any and all claims arising from the use of this image data that may be asserted due to our culpable conduct. We expressly declare that we accept the application of Austrian law for any disputes arising from and in connection with this declaration, to the exclusion of reference norms and of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, and that we accept Wiener Neustadt (Austria) as the court with subject-matter and local jurisdiction.
