We expressly declare that we accept the application of Austrian law for any disputes arising from and in connection with this declaration, to the exclusion of reference norms and of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, and that we accept Wiener Neustadt (Austria) as the court with subject-matter and local jurisdiction.
