Any use other than that in the original version is not permitted without the consent of FUNDERMAX. The image data may only be used in connection with FUNDERMAX or FUNDERMAX products. The corresponding representation must be in the form of text or logo. Passing on both the original image data and any reproductions made therewith or any product created therefrom to third parties - unless expressly permitted in the intended use - is not permitted and requires a separate agreement with FUNDERMAX. We expressly declare that we accept the application of Austrian law for any disputes arising from and in connection with this declaration, to the exclusion of reference norms and of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, and that we accept Wiener Neustadt (Austria) as the court with subject-matter and local jurisdiction.
